Dark shoes that present colors on exposure to heat. The Nike SB Dunk Low Civilist is proof that Nike SB didn’t play it safe in 2020. This release marked the second time The Swoosh had collaborated with Berlin-based skate brand and store Civilist, as the two they previously worked in a Dunk High in 2013. The Nike SB Dunk Low Civilist offers a big surprise in a low-cut silhouette. The shoe features what appears at first glance to be a completely black upper. But when the shoe is hit by any high temperature source, it transforms into a cornucopia of color. Shades of blue, red, green, and yellow appear on the heat-sensitive upper material, adding more layers than expected. The Nike SB Dunk Low Civilist released in August 2020 for $110.
